Scott Stetkiewicz joined CIRCLE as the Data Scientist Manager in November 2025. He received his PhD from the University of Edinburgh in 2017 in computational archaeology, and, prior to CIRCLE, led the development of the Center for Inclusive Democracy’s data science portfolio at the University of Southern California. Scott’s work focuses on architectural development, the design of data-driven research methodologies, and the visualization of geospatial, electoral, & survey data analyses to promote youth civic engagement.
